Credit union directors are volunteers with significant responsibility for governance, strategy, and protecting their institution’s future in a rapidly evolving environment. Participants will explore the 5 Points of Your Day, reinforcing that “everyone has 24 hours in a day; leaders use theirs differently,” while gaining insight into team dynamics to better support their CEO and leadership team. The session also introduces The Leader’s 3: Vision, Expectations, and Rules, a simple yet powerful framework to guide strategy, clarify expectations, and maintain accountability. As Andre shares, “You don’t need many rules, but if you don’t have any, you won’t be leading for very long.” Attendees will leave with clear, actionable tools to lead confidently and effectively serve their members and communities.

• Advanced Preparation: No advance preparation is required
• Prerequisites: Not required for this program

CUES is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, through its website linked above.
