His impact extends far beyond his own organization, as Kelly has served on the CUES Board of Directors for over eight years, offering steadfast leadership, vision, and dedication.
During his tenure as CUES Board Chair, Kelly demonstrated exceptional guidance, especially during times of uncertainty, such as leading the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic and providing stability after the loss of president/CEO John Pembroke in 2022. His strategic direction helped ensure CUES continued to thrive and serve its members during these challenges. Kelly’s commitment to the advancement of the credit union industry, along with his passion for empowering leaders within the sector, has left an indelible mark on both CUES and the broader credit union community.
