As cgo, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the president/ceo. You will orchestrate member experience, deepen member engagement, and expand our impact across Michigan and beyond. This role will lead strategy and execution across retail branches (including Care Center), lending (consumer, commercial, mortgage, and loan participations), Investment & Insurance, Digital Experience, business development, and revenue generation – connecting the dots to deliver a seamless, differentiated member experience.

Adept at collaboration, the cgo will lead cross-functional initiatives that are essential to helping Community Financial Credit Union stay ahead of member needs and competitors. As a strategic leader, the cgo will execute data-driven efforts that are innovative and ensure a frictionless, member-first experience. As the needs of the membership change, the cgo will be the key leader driving the credit union’s efforts to adapt, uncovering products and services that meet the needs of today’s member as well as tomorrow’s. Highly visible in the community (inside and outside the credit union, the cgo should be a brand ambassador for Community Financial, working to strengthen relationships and supporting the economic growth of the communities we serve.
