Position Description
The Chief Lending Officer (CLO) serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for establishing and executing CapEd’s enterprise lending strategy across commercial, business, mortgage and consumer lending. The CLO provides strategic leadership for the credit union’s lending portfolio, balancing sustainable growth, profitability, member value, credit quality, regulatory compliance and prudent risk management.
