Dr. Lauren Hodges is passionate about helping others reach their highest potential, whether at work in their roles, or at home in those relationships that matter the most.
Growing up she had an interest in human performance. She was an athlete, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, boot camp owner, and adjunct college professor. After ten years of living and working within the confines of higher education, she realized her purpose is to serve organizations by helping their teams thrive in BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT so the organizations they work in can thrive too.
Her topics related to health and human performance blend research in behavior change and well-being into powerful presentations that include actionable tools and strategies audiences can implement immediately to maximize their happiness, energy, and performance at work, at home, and within.
Lauren is the co-founder of Performance on Purpose, LLC, and founder of Lauren Hodges, LLC, two performance coaching companies focused on advancing leadership and performance potential. She earned her doctorate in curriculum design from The University of Central Florida and has certifications in coaching, strength and conditioning, and performance nutrition.
Her clients include Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute, Thrive Global, Estee Lauder companies, Accenture, Earl Enterprises, HealthFirst, Rice University, and FlightSafety, among others.
She considers her most important role is mom to two boys, Jake and Ryder, and partner to her husband, Daniel. Together they reside on the Florida coast, the perfect place for their outdoor lifestyle. Lauren enjoys hiking, surfing, travel, exercise, and competing in triathlons.
