First Alliance Credit Union seeks an inclusive and forward-thinking Branch Manager to lead our branch with a strong focus on adaptive team management, operational excellence, and a white-glove approach to member service. This role requires a results-driven leader with proven expertise in financial acumen, member solutions, relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
As Branch Manager, you will lead a solutions-oriented team that delivers personalized, high-quality member services while achieving measurable performance goals. You will champion a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and accountability by coaching and empowering your team to identify member needs and provide tailored solutions that build trust and loyalty. Your leadership will inspire excellence by modeling proactive engagement strategies, mentoring team members to succeed, and fostering a dynamic environment focused on growth and results.
In this role, you will oversee branch operations, strategically integrating technology to enhance member experiences and ensure operational efficiencies. You will maintain strict regulatory adherence while focusing on delivering results that align with the credit union’s mission of community engagement and sustainability.

Preference is given to candidates with a credit union background. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational leadership, or any other related discipline is preferred.
Starting salary range is approximately $65,871.94 - $98,807.90
