Atlantic City Federal Credit Union (ACFCU), located in Lander, Wyoming, is seeking a Vice President of Lending to advance its mission of "People Helping People." Established in 1964 to serve employees of the US Steel Corporation, ACFCU has grown to over 10,000 members and expanded its membership statewide in 2021. ACFCU is dedicated to supporting Wyoming communities through donations, volunteer efforts, and programs such as the Backpack Program, veterans' services, and youth centers. The credit union’s Team Wellness initiative fosters health and wellness for members, staff, and the community. The incoming Vice President of Lending will be instrumental in driving ACFCU’s continued growth, community impact, and cultural excellence. Situated at the gateway to the Wind River Mountains, Lander is recognized as one of the best outdoor towns in America, known for its world-class rock climbing and outdoor activities.

The Vice President of Lending at Atlantic City Federal Credit Union will play a crucial role in shaping the future of lending and driving strategic growth. This position will lead the modernization of the credit union's lending operations, focusing on portfolio management, risk mitigation, and delivering exceptional member service. The VP of Lending will ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with ACFCU's strategic goals by overseeing all lending functions, including mortgage, consumer, and business loans. This leader will champion innovation by adopting new technologies and data-driven strategies to enhance portfolio performance, member satisfaction, and financial growth. As the lending landscape evolves, the VP of Lending will drive modernization efforts, implement AI-driven solutions, and expand digital lending channels. Collaboration across departments will be key, as will a focus on employee development to prepare the team for success. Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We invite you to submit your resume or LinkedIn profile, showcasing 3-5 years of experience leading, planning, and managing lending strategy and innovation within a financial institution. At least three to five years should be spent in a leadership role.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree preferred. Additionally, experience with loan portfolio management and strategic lending practices is highly valued.
The salary range is approximately $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
