The VP of Sales & Service role should lead branch teams by setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and maintaining an active presence in branches. The ideal candidate should also establish recognition and incentive programs to motivate staff and use data-driven decision-making to drive performance. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, and an MBA designation or graduate degree is highly desirable. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000.
