Newcleus Credit Union Advisors helps credit unions and their boards establish non-qualified deferred compensation plans and Credit Union-owned Life Insurance plans to help offset benefits plans cost with an eye toward increasing earnings and operational efficiency. We also work with credit unions to utilize non-703 investment vehicles. We provide deferred compensation, non-703 investment, and compensation advisory services directly or through our affiliated partners. By using our deep understanding of the credit union market combined with innovative solutions, we help our clients access employee retention solutions that were previously only available to multi-billion-dollar financial institutions, giving our credit union clients access to sophisticated products not found elsewhere in the marketplace.
