We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
While candidates can be based in any state where we have a presence, we prefer individuals in the greater Columbus, Ohio, or Jacksonville, Florida, area. This role primarily offers the flexibility of remote work. The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $103,000.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science or business-related field.
- 6 years of related progressive experience in payment systems.
- 5 years of information technology experience and three years of portfolio project or product management experience is preferred.
- Advanced experience in PowerBI, Data Analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of business concepts, including accounting, finance, investments, funds management, and workflow analysis.
- Ability to collaboratively work with others, demonstrated ability to drive results, strong critical thinking skills, and excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
