1. ELIGIBILITY. This offer is open to credit unions in the United States and Canada, both members and non-members of CUES. This offer is not available to residents of Puerto Rico and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of CUES and its affiliates and immediate family members are not eligible. By participating in the contest and using the #LearnWithCUES hashtag, all persons give permission for their social media post and name to be used in CUES marketing.
2. SELECTION OF WINNER. One winner will be selected the week of Dec. 23, 2020 from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email or direct message within 7 days of the selection. The winner shall grant CUES the right to make available its name for all that inquire. To receive the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to CUES at the address shown.
3. PRIZE. One prize of a ring or “halo” light will be awarded to the winner. The prize is not transferable. CUES will coordinate with the winner to deliver the prize. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. CUES expects between 1 and 50 participants of which one prize will be available.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By submission of an entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules. No responsibility is assumed and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, or misdirected entries resulting from any cause, including telephone or computer malfunction. All entrants, without limitation, waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these rules or in the conduct of this contest. All entrants release and hold harmless CUES, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind in connection with this offer, or any acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize won.
