MADISON, Wis.— This fall, CUES is bringing top-rated speakers to the industry through Knowledge & Networking November, an online conference experience.

Sessions will be held from 3:00 to 5:15 p.m. Eastern time on November 5, 12 and 19. Topics and presenters are:

Linda A. Hill is a Founding Partner at Paradox Strategies. She is widely regarded as one of the top experts on leadership and innovation. In addition to cofounding Paradox Strategies and creating re:Route™, she is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School where she chairs the school’s Leadership Initiative. Linda was named by Thinkers50 as one of the top ten management thinkers in the world in 2013 and received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award in 2015.
Linda’s consulting and executive education activities focus on leading change and innovation, developing innovation ecosystems, the role of boards in governing innovation, talent development and implementing global strategies. Organizations with which Linda has worked include AIDA, General Electric, RELX, Accenture, UnitedHealth Group, IBM, MasterCard, Mitsubishi, Morgan Stanley, National Bank of Kuwait, AREVA, The Economist, Salesforce.com, and The World Economic Forum.
The author of several highly-regarded books and articles on leadership, Linda’s latest book is Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation (Harvard Business Review Press 2014). Collective Genius was named by Business Insider as one of “The 20 Best Business Books” in 2014 and received the Gold Medal for Leadership, Axiom Business Book Award.
Linda also co-authored Being the Boss: The 3 Imperatives of Becoming a Great Leader, recognized by the Wall Street Journal as one of the “Five Business Books to Read for Your Career in 2011” and Becoming a Manager: How New Managers Master the Challenges of Leadership (2nd edition). Her books are available in multiple languages.
In addition to countless Harvard Business School cases, Linda has authored or co-authored numerous Harvard Business Review articles, including “Where Will We Find Tomorrow’s Leaders,” “Winning the Race for Talent in Emerging Markets,” and “Are You a High Potential?” and “Building a Game-Changing Talent Strategy.”
Linda is a member of the Board of Directors of Harvard Business Publishing, and the Global Citizens Initiative, Inc. She is also on the Advisory Board of the Aspen Institute Business and Society Program and the Advisory Board for the California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2). She is a member of the HR People + Strategy Advisory Council. Linda is a trustee of the Art Center College of Design. She is a Special Representative to the Board of Trustees of Bryn Mawr College. Linda is a former director of the Eaton Corporation, a member of the Board of Trustees of The Rockefeller Foundation and The Bridgespan Group, and a former member of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund USA board.
Linda completed a post-doctoral research fellowship at the Harvard Business School and earned a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Chicago. She received her M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Chicago. She has a B.A., summa cum laude, in psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
Chris Skinner is best known as an independent commentator on the financial markets and fintech through his blog, The Finanser. Here he regularly discusses key issues and opportunities in financial services, summarizing research, white papers and other analysis that is topical for the day. He is also the author of several books including best-seller Digital Bank, its sequel ValueWeb, The Future of Banking, best-seller DIGITAL HUMAN and latest book Doing Digital. Chris regularly appears on news media including the BBC, Sky, Bloomberg and print media such as the Banker with his informed views.
Described by Seth Wheeler, Brookings Guest Scholar and Former Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy at the White House, as “one of the most authoritative voices on Fintech anywhere”, Chris has previously written many books covering everything from European regulations in banking through the credit crisis to the future of banking.
In his day job, he is chair of the European networking forum The Financial Services Club and Nordic Finance Innovation, as well as being a non-executive director of the Fintech consultancy firm 11:FS, and on the advisory boards of various firms including B-Hive, Bankex, IoV42, Moven and Meniga.
