Ginny Hutchinson is an inspirational leader and marketing maven. As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Ginny has successfully led start-up companies and corporate giants in the U.S. and Europe.
Today, she’s directing her passions for leadership, marketing, and strategy as an appointed Senior Fellow at The Wharton School and teaching in executive education. Ginny works with world-class organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, U.S. Bank, Cisco, YETI and Bridger Trust Company. She’s an also an executive coach for C-suite leaders and entrepreneurs across a variety of global industries.
Ginny is a co-founder of Zero Point Partners, a leadership and strategic consulting firm based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and works with executive teams, boards, and individuals.

Governance Leadership Institute™ Celebrates its 10th Anniversary
MADISON, Wis.— In 2019, CUES Governance Leadership Institute™ will be celebrating ten years of providing the best director education in the industry. Held at the prestigious Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, June 2-5, Governance Leadership Institute features an intense curriculum focusing on issues at the organizational level and is taught by the esteemed Rotman School of Management faculty.

Richard (Rick) Powers has led the Governance Leadership Institute program since its inception in 2009. He joined the Rotman School of Management in 2005 and has recently completed a 5-Year term as the Associate Dean and Executive Director of the Rotman MBA and Master of Finance Programs.
Rick is an internationally recognized expert in both corporate and not-for-profit governance and is the National Academic Director of the Directors Education Program and the Not-For-Profit Governance Essentials Program (in partnership with the Institute of Corporate Directors – ICD). He is a director of several not-for-profit organizations and frequently comments on legal and governance issues in various media across Canada.
Joining Rick in leading this interactive institute are Rotman School of Management faulty; Matt Fullbrook, Manager of the Clarkson Centre for Board Effectiveness, John Oesch, Model-Based Business Problem Solving and Organizational Leadership, Glen Whyte, Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and holder of the Marcel Desautels Chair in Integrative Thinking, and Peter Stephenson, Ph. D., President, Meridien Consulting Services, Inc.

Marvin possesses detailed knowledge of all major industries, including telecommunications, commercial accounts, credit cards, Student Loans and Insurance ( Life, Health & Variable Annuity ). He is a creative, energetic, hands-on executive with expertise in sales, customer retention, collections and financial services environments. He has a proven ability to promote, organize and execute strategies that increase the overall productivity of the department, exceeding production goals each and every year.
He is also an international speaker and facilitator, covering subjects such as call center operations and management, the development of AI solutions and the digital transformation, call analytics, quality assurance, diversity & inclusion, and how millennials will change the future of the financial industry.

Michael Dove is a member of the PSCU Member Experience organization and leads the Enterprise Process Excellence & Quality team. This team consists of Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts & the Black Belt Process Engineering team, our Business Transformation Program Managers, Operational Business Intelligence, Operational Governance, Compliance & Quality as well as the Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence.
PSCU is the nation’s premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO). For more than 40 years, PSCU has partnered with credit unions to help them grow and meet evolving member demands. Leveraging digital technology, PSCU now supports the success of more than 1,500 credit unions, representing more than 5.4 billion transactions annually.
Michael has been at PSCU since 2013, working 23 years with Bank of America prior to that. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Scrum Master, certified ADKAR Change Manager & International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach. After more than four years in the role the enterprise leader for operational excellence at PSCU, Michael and his staff of Master Black Belts & Black Belts have trained over 700+ employees with 200+ of them gaining their certification in Yellow Belt, Lean Specialist or Green Belt, as well as have produced over $>1.2MM of financial value in improvement projects annually.
He is a regular speaker at OPEX Financial Services conferences, including this year’s most upcoming virtual conferences.
He is also very active in PSCU’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiative. He is the eastern regional leadership sponsor for PSCU’s Sankofa business resource group, which provides mentoring and access to people of color within the organization. He is also a member of the African American Credit Union coalition.
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of South Florida.

Sara Jensen
Sara Jensen joined Co-op Solutions in June 2016 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Governance and Administration, in February 2021. Her responsibilities include managing CO-OP’s Board of Directors and company governance processes. Jensen also works to ensure that the investments being made in the various corporate functions are integrated and advance the long-term goals of the company. Jensen’s career in senior-level leadership roles has often focused on organizational transformation.
