Vaishali Jadhav leverages 20 years of building, scaling and facilitating programs for purpose-driven organizations in her work. She started her career as a Consultant with the Gallup Organization where she used its powerful Q12™ and StrengthsFinder™ assessments to help clients cultivate engaged leaders and cultures. After receiving her M.B.A., and a successful career in Washington, D.C., she accepted a talent development role at Whole Foods Market where she worked on a variety of learning and talent management programs including deploying its first competency model, co-producing its inaugural Team Member Innovation Challenge and facilitating Global and Regional strategic planning and stakeholder summits. She is most proud of her work supporting Whole Food Market’s Academy for Conscious Leadership – an immersive leadership program designed to help leaders cultivate the tenets of Conscious Capitalism.
Since leaving Whole Foods Market, she has been working at the intersection of conscious leadership and tech. She has facilitated global senior leadership development and team cohesion programs at Indeed.com and Procore Technologies. She is currently the Leadership Development Instructor for the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute where she works with a group of conscious leaders to build the next generation of future leaders.
Vaishali combines her years of experience and intuition to create conscious, experiential learning programs for leaders and in-tact teams to balance head and heart leadership. Some of the companies that she has had the pleasure of working with include Whole Foods Market, Indeed, Goodwill of Central Texas, NadaMoo!, P.Terry’s, and Community Impact. Vaishali has been a featured speaker at the Austin Technology Council's CEO Summit, Kendra Scott's Women Summit and the Conscious Capitalism Annual Summit.
Tim Richardson has been a full-time presenter since 1988. He applies lessons he learned while working in management with an award-winning resort and in marketing from his IBM days for clients like AT&T, Erie Insurance, Merrill Lynch, Nabisco, Nokia, Sprint, State Farm Insurance and for hundreds of national and international associations. He has spoken for credit union audiences throughout North America and has written or co-authored two books.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Rachel’s career has included human resource positions at NASA/Houston, The Medical Center/Houston, and Executive Director at two New York City law firm, a San Francisco law firm, a large medical imaging company and a technology company. In 2020, Rachel accepted a position as Chief Human Resources Officer at We Florida Financial in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
She speaks and consults internationally on organizational management concerns.
She is a senior certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management, a fellow in the American Bar Association Law Practice Management Section and is the Past President of the International Association of Legal Administrators.
She is the author of three publications on workplace dynamics.
Rachel is a master certified executive coach and organizational consultant specializing in coaching leaders who are faced with a challenging decision or conversation.
Rachel’s newest publication was released in March 2016. The title is, “Cringe Moment Conversations: Dealing with the Tough Stuff”

Morris Morrison is a graduate of Fairmont State University and West Virginia University. He previously served on the WVU Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board and he is also the former Chairman of the Board for the YMCA in Lake Norman, NC. Morris currently serves on the West Virginia University Alumni Association Board of Directors and the West Virginia University John Chambers College of Business & Economics Visiting Committee. Morris and his wife Lisa, currently reside in Daniel Island, SC with their 7 year old daughter Dori and their golden doodle named Harley.
