Mike Robins

Mike Robins is the Chief Operating Officer/Integrator of Dynamic Edge. He offers 25 years’ experience in technology, having served as both an internal Director of Information Technology and external Consultant to small and large financial institutions. Mike earned an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Information Technology and Human Resources. He holds numerous technical certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundations. He speaks frequently at credit union conferences and board meetings.
Ronnie is a Supervisory Credit Union Examiner covering Atlanta, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and the surrounding cities. He leads a team of 10 credit union examiners, and he has been with NCUA since 2012. His work experience with NCUA includes serving as a District Examiner, Principal Examiner, and Supervision Analyst in Birmingham, Atlanta, and Austin. Ronnie’s career prior to NCUA included working for the IRS and working at a mortgage bank. In addition, Ronnie is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Alabama and Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Miami. He currently resides in the Atlanta area.
Jennie Boden is the CEO at Quantum Governance, L3C – bringing to the organization nearly three decades of experience in governance, strategy, management, leadership and communications expertise in the credit union and nonprofit sectors. Ms. Boden has led transformational governance and strategy work with notable credit unions and nonprofits across the country including Hudson Valley Credit Union, Northwest Federal Credit Union, Redwood Credit Union, the Gerontological Society of America, Friends of the National Arboretum, Sports Car Club of America and many others.
Ms. Boden was instrumental in the establishment of a strategic partnership with CUES® and the development of Quantum’s governance and strategic planning products and services including groundbreaking innovations in assessing Director Skills and identifying the ideal profile of the Board member of the future. She spearheads the organization's State of Credit Union Governance research reports.
Ms. Boden leads a team of consultants including both full-time and adjunct consultants, topical specialists and other experts to meet the governance and strategic needs of the firm’s clients nationwide.
Previously, Ms. Boden served as Executive Director of the Severna Park Community Center, a community-based nonprofit dedicated to enhancing family life and individual development. During her tenure, the organization grew its revenues from just under $1.1 million to more than $1.6 million in little more than 16 months. Prior, she served as Executive Director of the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault, managing the organization through a period of transition following a 10-month vacancy in the position – including realigning programmatic services, developing the organization’s first 3-year strategic plan.
Ms. Boden also served as the Vice President & Managing Director of First Candle's National Campaign for Cribs funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Vice President of the organization’s Development Division – responsible for generating more than $23 million in revenue during her tenure. Ms. Boden was the Senior Director of External Relations for the National Mental Health Association overseeing $3.5 million annually in corporate relationships – primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. She also served under Quantum Governance’s CEO Michael Daigneault as the Corporate Secretary & Director of External Relations for the Ethics Resource Center, where she worked with leading Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Martin and institutions including the World Bank Group.
Ms. Boden has authored countless articles for CU Management and co-authored The State of Credit Union Governance reports. She also serves as a regular contributor to CUES’ Advancing Women. Ms. Boden co-authored the Baltimore City Sexual Assault Response Team Annual Report (2011) and the ERC’s Insights 2000. She has served as members of the governor’s grant review team for the Maryland Board of Victim Services and the Office on Crime Control & Prevention; as well as a chair for committees at the Congregational Church of Henniker and on the Boards of ASPIRE and the Patrick Allison House and the Advisory Board of the Indiana SIDS Alliance. Ms. Boden has been a guest on Woman Talk Live Radio, as well as a presenter at the annual meeting of JPMA and the Indiana Perinatal Network State Conference, among others.
Ms. Boden received a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
MADISON, Wis.— CUES and partner Currency Marketing have selected a team of highly-respected credit union leaders to serve as the 2024 CUES Emerge judging panel. They are:
CUES Emerge was created by CUES and Currency Marketing to offer free leadership development to the industry’s up-and-coming professionals.
An initial cohort of 36 participated in the multifaceted program, which featured expert-led sessions covering strategic thinking, communication skills, and design thinking. These sessions were interspersed with Mastermind sessions, designed to further support the learning and guide participants in building a business case for their credit union.
Thirty-one participants opted to continue into the competition phase. The Five Finalists were selected from among this group to participate in the online Pitch Show, happening October 2 at 1 p.m. CDT, online.
During the Pitch Show, each Finalist will have seven minutes to recap their business case, followed by a three-minute Q&A session moderated by judging panelist Martin. The judges will be viewing the presentations with a critical eye on the Finalist’s ability to clearly articulate their business idea and describe the benefits. A Top Three will be chosen, and ultimately, the winner of CUES Emerge.
